Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Karin Drakenberg is Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of StrawberryFrog, which opened almost 20 years ago. She lives with her husband, two sons, Jacoby, 14 and Ellis, 11. They also have a one year old dog named Vera. Karin was awarded as one of the most outstanding businesswomen in Europe by the Wall Street Journal and is an inspiration to many of the moms here at the agency.

Executive Creative Director

Shayne Millington is an Executive Creative Director at StrawberryFrog, and the mother of two sons, Cormac, who's five and Alder, who just turned one. 

She has over 15 years’ experience and has worked on some incredible brands including Nike, Macy’s, Target, Coca-Cola, Jim Beam, SunTrust and P&G.

Chief Financial Officer

Susan has been StrawberryFrog's Chief Financial Officer for the last six years. She has over 25 years of industry experience at some of the largest agencies in the US and has worked with IBM, Sony, Bank of America, New York Times, P&G, Motorola, FEMA, The National Guard, US Airforce and Bacardi. She is the mom of Riza, 29 and Eddy, 24.

Director of Project Management

Elizabeth Scordato is Director of Project Management for StrawberryFrog and a mom. Her son Leo is three. She has over 10 years experience working on brands like Jim Beam, SunTrust, P&G and Unilever.

Director of Business Affairs

Venessa Merrin brings entrepreneurial savvy, production smarts, and business affairs experience to her role as Director of Business Affairs.  She is the mother of three children: Nikita 23, Tsarina 21 and Balthazar 18. Venessa has worked with a diverse range of brands including Jim Beam Global, Emirates Airlines, Blackberry, Orexo, Conoco Phillips and SunTrust.

Brand Strategist

Beth Knight is a 20 year industry veteran, and a highly regarded and awarded brand strategist and insights curator. While she has worked on some of the most famous brands in the world, her most challenging (and rewarding) clients are her daughters, Izzy, who is six and Stella, who is five.

Executive Producer

Courtney Trent has been an Executive Producer at StrawberryFrog for four years.  She has two children, Quinn, 16 and Carolyn, 14. 

She has been working in the fashion and advertising industry since 1993 on brands including Calvin Klein, Gucci, Frye, Macy's, LG, Blackberry and VitaminWater. 

Head of Production
 

Afsaneh is the Head of Production at StrawberryFrog.  She has two daughters, Leila 24 and Hanna 14. She has over 30 years of experience in advertising, working on amazing brands like Unilever, P&G, Pepsi and Jim Beam.

Rachel Birnbaum is a Freelance Creative Director and mom to a fun and feisty toddler. Rachel was named a Game Changer by AWNY (Advertising Women of New York) and has worked on a range of brands including Johnson+Johnson, Kraft, Nestle, Beirsdorf, Time Inc. and others.
